A Silent Easter…

Happy Easter, sure is a particular one this year, isn’t it?

It will not be remembered as the year that we bloated ourselves with all kinds of foods until we couldn’t breathe, sunbathed, barbecued or even escaped the city to the countryside or other destinations but by staying at home.

Today we remember with sadness our previous Easters with our family members and friends, what could we be doing, what we are missing…

However let’s by no means forget that the reason we are where we are is to help this pandemic go away, to help our frontliners, our public service people (hence our loved ones), so all is not lost.

Our Easters will return filled with coloured and treasured moments and as for now, I pray for the families who have lost their loved ones, and I pray for God to give us the strength not to give up.
